1- Our first stop is the Domaine Maizerets ( 1705) The park has several buildings, one of which is the Château Ango des Maizerets, an 18th-century mansion built by the French,[4] as well it offers a variety of recreational, touristic, sports, events and educational activities and services! Picnics, rallies, mazes.

2 - Coffee / tea in Limoilou : an artsy /college/ working class neighbourhood, with numourous quaint restaurant , bar, bakeries and coffee shop... Up until the end of the 19th century, the territory of Limoilou was entirely rural. First the settlements of Stadacona and Hedleyville appeared along the shore of the Saint-Charles River. Originally a separate municipality, it was incorporated into Quebec City in 1909 with which came larger, more urban projects.

Then we go back along the river cycling througt 3 great parcs;

2- Le Parc Cartier- Brebeuf ; the beginning of Canada   On September 14, 1535, near the St.Charles River, Donnacona, one of the chiefs of the Iroquoian village Stadacona, meets the French explorer Jacques Cartier and his crew. His sons, Taignoagny and Domagaya, are back after being abducted by Cartier in 1534 in Gaspé. This marks the first documented encounter between Iroquoians and Europeans near present-day Québec City.

3- Parc Vicoria : Before its inauguration in 1897, the land belonged to the religious congregation of the Augustinians of the Mary Jesus. The park is named in honour of quen Victoria in commemoration of her 60th birthday. Here we will taste local products from the ile d'Orleans

4 - Parc de la Pointe aux Lièvres ; The Pointe-aux-Lièvres eco-district has an industrial past. It's worth noting that an incinerator once stood on the site that now houses Pointe-aux-Lièvres Park.
Starting in 2012, Régis Labeaume's municipal administration wanted to rehabilitate the area. The following year, the City began buying, decontaminating, and reselling land.

5- La Barberie Microbrewry: the oldest and the best in Quebec City !!! We end this tours on this friendly deck where we started . Here, we will taste a few specialities, we take the time to chat about Quebec City and the Ile d'Orleans.
